Le Grondines is a semi-soft farmhouse cheese that is aged for more that two and half months. It is certified as an organic cheese by Ecocert Canada. With its amber-coloured rind and its firm and creamy centre, le Grondines can be distinguished by its light taste of hazelnuts and its floral aromas.
