Grand 2

The name of this cheese, Le Grand 2, evokes both it's place of origin on the country road "rang 2" and it's composition of two types of organic milk: 70% organic cow's milk and 30% organic goat's milk. Aged for 3 months, this cheese has a coppery rind and a butter-yellow core that is lightly speckled with irregular eyes (holes). It has a mild milky and fruity odour and a slightly caprine flavour.
