Le Saint-Anne

It has hints of cream and salted butter, with a flavour of black olives. An excellent marriage between a farm cheese made with organic non pasteurized milk and the flavour and smooth texture of fresh cream. The slightly salty flavour acquired by Le Saint-Anne through ripening is perfect to accompany a port or a good wine and enjoyed with its sweet sunny-coloured rind.
