Le Prestige

Made from raw milk, le Prestige is an ashy semi-soft goat cheese. Covered with wood ash from Greek olive trees, it is easily distinguished by its signature inky colour. By contrast, the cheese itself is an immaculate white colour. It is silky smooth to the taste and emits a subtle aroma of minerals punctuated by a well-balanced acidity.
