Confits Oignons et Canneberges
The cranberries add a light tangy taste that goes well with turkey, meat pie, pork, beef and lamb. For a creative twist, add it to meat pies, cream cheese and yogurt for dips.

Confits Oignons et Poivrons
This is our spiciest confit. Great with ham, pork, chicken or grilled fish. Add to cream cheese and yogurt as a dip. It will effortlessly add taste and texture to your favourite recipes (try it with beef stew!).

Confits Oignons et Porto
We are the first company in Canada to introduce this combination of ingredients. It is very popular as it is a good compliment to any meat from chicken to game. Use it to baste potatoes, glaze poultry or over warm cheese.

Gelées Vin Blanc et Jalapenos
Mexican peppers, red bell peppers and chilli peppers combine for a bold taste. There is no refuge for the palate but the mixture habours a deliciously sweet aftertaste. It is a wonderful addition to strong cheddars, ham, grilled chicken and eggs for brunch.

Gelées Vin Blanc et Menthe
Fresh mint and ground black pepper blend harmoniously to form our refreshing mint jelly. Not too sweet with just enough mint, it provides flavour to fresh fruit salads, soft light cheeses and a splash of color on pâtés.

Gelées Vin Rouge et 3 Poivres
A nice pepper taste makes this a good addition to peppered pâtés and meats (steaks, pork chops). Blends well with all roasts and well-aged cheeses.

Gelées Porto
This is the strongest of the jellies in terms of alcoholic aftertaste. It is exquisite with lamb, enhances sauces and vinaigrettes, and perfumes strong chesses. It works wonders as a topping on French bread or crackers and served as an appetizer. We strongly suggest trying our “fromage en meule” (cheese wheel) recipe.
