One of the rare cheese dairies that makes cheese using Quebec certified organic milk (Québec Vrai). The cheese is made directly on site at the farm, which is why the term ‘farm cheese’ is used. The product is then transferred to a facility where the ripening is performed according to artisanal tradition.
