| It was after tasting the cheese curds made by Le P'tit Train du Nord that the cheese factory's current owners teamed up with and eventually purchased the now family-owned cheese dairy. Their additive-free cheeses are made within 24 hours of milking, then ripened on pine boards to bring out the delicious whole-milk flavour and heady aromas of their artisan cheeses. |
