| Founded in 1992, La Fromagerie Chaput is a family business that has benefited from the commitment of 3 generations of Chaputs. Initially specialized in the importation and aging of European cheeses, the family gradually grew interested in producing their own cheeses. This was not an easy path. The family had to adapt traditional European production techniques to the local realities of Quebec. After many years of hard labor, the Chaputs have now mastered the creation of many cheeses. Almost every major cheese family is represented in their repertoire of cheeses. The dairy is proud to create and offer cheese made strictly from raw milk. |
