Fromage au Village
| In 1990, Christian Barrette and Hélène Lessard acquired the Barette farm - a dairy farm that has remained in the family for four generations. After an initial evaluation, the family converted the farm into an artisanal cheese dairy. The cheese dairy opened on September 26th 1996. |
